Building strong relationships and influencing the faculty to appreciate a collective purpose is one of the foremost challenges of being a leader in a multicultural environment. Some of the ways in which leaders enable collective relationships among diverse staff bodies are discussed below. Positioning Leadership positioning is the exploration of one's own culture, values and the roots of one’s professional development in the context of a school environment.
